It was not an easy job to sort out as we had small pets which meant we were concerned about using chemical treatments in the house. Mikes approachable, knowledgeable and professional service really put us at ease and the problem was solved quickly before too much damage was done. We were also very pleasantly surprised at the price! (another factor why we had delayed seeking professional help for so long to the detriment of our carpets)
