- Bill Palmer Review added: 2018.03.28★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It's bad enough that the product - the Kodak Ektra smartphone - is an overpriced triumph of pastiche over progress but my real issue is that the company just will not refund. I rejected the Ektra within 24 hours; it is a sub-par product that is effectively useless to photographers - and tried to find out their returns process. It's not on their website and you have to contact their "customer services" - who do not respond at all to web form queries. After three days I phoned. They organised a pickup by DHL - after a further chase - and since then I have waited - and waited - and chased - and chased. At time of writing they are days past the legal limit for refunds - and still nothing. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company - but I should not have had to do so. Shoddy treatment. Avoid at all costs.
