Frankie was very knowledgeable and professional; I felt as though I was in safe hands with her. She applied several products to my skin to cleanse, exfoliate and moisturise it and gave me some samples to take away to try for a few days to find out what suits me. My skin felt wonderful afterwards and looked much brighter. The whole experience was totally relaxing, especially the massage. Highly recommended.
