- Rabi Thapa Review added: 2018.04.16★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst experience ever, simply nightmare. Payed Duty & VAT via online. Next day, DHL brings the package to my doorstep just to say I have not payed. I told her I can provide the transaction number but she can't check it. Called DHL customer service (not free ofcourse), complained and rescheduled the delivery. Next day same lady turns up with the package at my door step just to say again that she has still does not have record of my payment. Again I told her I have the goddamn transaction number and bank transaction to prove the payment. Guess what? see took the package with her. I called DHL again complained, they want me to send them an email or just go pick it up from their office.
