Anna is enthusiastic and motivating, as well as skilled in the techniques of Fujian White Crane Kung Fu. She actively pushes/encourages students to take grading exams, and to progress, through personal attention to the differing needs of each student.
There is a good "club" atmosphere amongst the students; it's quite social.
From a background in Karate, FWCKF is very different; much more "up close and personal", and, imo, probably a more practical and useful defense skill: I always found the Karate approach, of "one strike, one opponent disabled" a bit daunting. Left me a bit afraid to use the techniques, for fear of extremely damaging anyone. Imo, FWCKF techniques seem better adapted to softer defences, which can be escalated to harder approaches if required.
