Then the owner ruined my hairs. £55 she took for cut but hairs were literally chopped.

The woman serving was rude, unfriedly and spoke little English.
1) Since she spoke little English, when giving me instructions, I could hear her frustration at the fact I couldn't understand her.
2) When guiding my hands to stretch my brows, she held them very tightly and moved them abruptly.
3) I felt a drop of liquid go on face while she was threading my brow. Eew.
4) Unlike any other salon, after threading, there was no lotion or ointment applied to my brows.
5) The threaded hairs were not brushed off my face.
6) When I went to pay, she sat at the desk and stared at me. After an uncomfotable moment, I had to ask how much I had to pay, she took it without a thank you or smile. My daughter even noticed the lady giving her a angry look.
