I always train in the gym but I find these classes more challenging and really focused on targeting specific muscles and fine tuning them. I love the focus on mind body connection and breathing and always come out of class feeling relaxed and ready to take on the rest of the day/evening. Babs is really helpful and takes the time to give teaching points to each person individually which really ensures you are getting the most out of the class. I can already feel a difference in my strength and posture and I would highly recommend!

The hot chocolates are also lovely, made from high quality pure cacao sources, not some powdery mix like most places do - it's reaaaaaal chocolate ! :D yum! They also offer plenty of dairy free alternatives. Staff are very friendly and relaxed and the decor is gorgeous, fresh and clean.
