  Took in a pair of sofa back cushions that my daughter, when a toddler, had almost completely destroyed the shape of. So I wouldn't be without a sofa by the evening they were able to make new fillings the same day that are the perfect firmness/softness. Excellent quality of work and service at a very reasonable price.

  My experience of Swift Upholstery and Guy himself has been atrocious. I had matching chairs reupholstered and was clear that I wanted a decent job which included some work on the frames. I was also clear I didn't want a cheap job and indeed chose expensive fabric despite being steered to something cheaper. When the chairs were returned one had a caster missing and the arms on both chairs were insecure. Eventually Guy came back to collect one of them saying he didn't have space for both at the same time. He also asked me out on a date which I felt was inappropriate and awkward. Guy collected my chair on the 4th September. Two months later and I still don't have it back. Guy won't give me a return date despite me texting him almost daily for several weeks. I can't use the chair I have because it is missing a caster so I am sitting on the floor. Guy now won't take my calls, only occasionally answers my texts and when he does, tells me that he is really busy. I just want my chairs back and fixed! I was pressured to pay when he dropped the chairs off and now I have no power to do anything about this awful situation which is very upsetting for me. Use Guy at your peril!
